1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is completely free. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange a pickup for your return at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@colorealm.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at contactus@colorealm.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

6. Refunds
