2. Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage (photos).
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Exchanges are possible only for damaged or incorrect items.
