Returns must be reported and initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Product Integrity:
We only accept returns if the product is unused, unwashed, and intact. For sarees, the folds must be original, and for decor items, they must be free of any scratches or signs of use.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices.
Refund Process
Verification:
Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it undergoes a Satisfactory Verification process.
Timeline:
Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Legal Provision:
All return and refund claims are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from return disputes shall be adjudicated solely by the courts of Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
